UPDR150
Sony's new UP-DR150 Digital Photo Printer
offers high speed and quality photos! The
UP-DR150 produces high quality 4x6 size
prints in approximately 7 seconds and 5x7 in
13 just seconds. The high speed, high
volume, high capacity of the UP-DR150 will
meet the needs of the most demanding
customers. Utilizing Sony's dye sublimation
technology, this printer produces borderless
photo-quality prints using the "Print by
Sony" media. Designed to deliver quality
prints and rapid turnaround in retail,
studio, in-field event and kiosk
applications, the UP-DR150 also offers
high-volume roll printing. This workhorse
can hold a roll of 550 4x6 inch prints or
335 5x7 inch prints. The new UP-DR150 also
offers durable print heads, a simple

monochrome black and white printer incorporate a

ultrasound systems. The UP-D897 printer packs a

chassis is extremely small and lightweight with
a remarkable print speed of approximately 2.0

UP970-A4
The UP-970AD is a
black and white HYBRID graphic printer that
supports both analog and digital applications.
This dual compatibility is especially critical
as imaging systems make the transition from
analog to digital technology. The UP-970AD has
both an analog video input as well as a USB 2.0
high speed interface for digital printing. The
UP-970AD offers an improved resolution of 325
dpi ensuring superb picture quality and faster
print speed of about 8 seconds. As an extra
convenience the UP-970AD uses the same media as
the predecessor model - UPP-210HD and UPP-210SE.

The UP-D72XR is a compact, high speed, black
and white digital film imager designed for
use with diagnostic imaging systems, such as
mobile c-arm units, ultrasound systems and
cardiac cath labs. Supporting both 8x10 inch
Blue Thermal Film and Thermal Printing
Paper, this high resolution printer offers
photo-like film and prints with 512 levels
of gray. By using its USB connectivity and
compatible printer driver software, it can
be used conveniently within a generic
Microsoft Windows® environment.
Additionally, the printer can be used for
reference image printing by utilizing the
FilmLink feature to connect it to the Sony
FilmStation imager. This flexible
connectivity delivers the ability to produce
simultaneous reference prints. With a

The UP-D77MD is a full page digital color
printer designed specifically for nuclear
medicine, PET/CT and 3D-CT applications
where accurate color reproduction is
essential. An integrated digital DICOM
interface enables this reliable dye
sublimation printer to be connected directly
to DICOM imaging systems or to any DICOM
network. The combination of the 300dpi high
resolution thermal head and the premium
media delivers outstanding photo-realistic
image quality. Prints from the UP-D77MD are
also highly durable since the media includes
unique, built-in protective lamination.
Utilizing an advanced color management tool,
the color output can be fine-tuned to match
a monitor display without altering grayscale
values for accurate color reproduction.
These settings can be adjusted for each
specific modality and can be easily copied
to other UP-D77MD printers. The UP-D77MD
utilizes a new letter size color media pack
UPC-771 which delivers 72 glossy color
prints per pack. |
